About Krupa

Krupa Shikotra is an NLP coach with a background in corporate and organisational work, ten years at HSBC alongside ten years as a yoga teacher.

Working across both worlds has shaped how she coaches. She knows the environment her clients operate in, and she works with the patterns running underneath their behaviour rather than only the behaviour itself. For the past five years Krupa has worked with women who don't want to play small, through one-to-one coaching, workshops and retreats. Her clients are often clear on what they want and unsure how to actualise it, or looking for direction and honesty about what's working and what isn't. Her approach is reflective and direct when needed. Clients leave with more clarity than they arrived with, and usually something specific they intend to act on.

What You Can Expect

A safe space to be honest, with someone who listens properly and will gently challenge you when it's useful. Krupa reflects back what she notices, and you can expect her to be warm and straightforward. Krupa won't tell you what to do or hand you a plan, but she will help you get clear on what you actually want and what's getting in the way.

Krupa will also notice what's happening in your body during a session, which often says as much as the words do. Over time, you can expect to trust your own judgement more and to act on it. Most clients that work with Krupa find they stop second-guessing themselves as much, and start making decisions they'd previously have put off.

Coaching Approach

Krupa works with what's going on underneath, the patterns, beliefs and behaviours that keep someone stuck, while staying practical about what they're actually dealing with day to day. She adapts to the client rather than following a set method. Some sessions are practical, mapping out a decision or working through what's next. Others go somewhere different from where you started. Krupa works towards a client being able to hold all parts of herself, she encourage's clients to work towards trusting themselves and their judgement .
