Welcome to Evolve. These Terms of Service and Conditions regulate the way users and providers interact with our platform. By accessing or utilizing this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be legally bound by every provision stated in these Terms.
Important Non-Clinical Notice
Evolve is an advertising and referral platform for high-functioning women. We are not a healthcare provider and do not offer therapy, clinical treatment, or medical advice. Our service is designed to provide personalised matches with wellbeing, coaching, lifestyle, and personal development providers. We do not offer medical or therapeutic guarantees.
This Agreement (“Agreement”, “Terms”) sets out the legally binding terms and conditions governing your access to and use of the Evolve website, platform, and related services (“Evolve”, “the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
Evolve is owned and operated in the United Kingdom. When the terms “we”, “us”, or “our” are used in this Agreement, they refer to the company that owns and operates the Platform.
1. Nature of the Platform
Evolve is an online platform designed to facilitate the discovery of independent wellbeing, coaching, lifestyle, and personal‑development providers (“Providers”) by individuals seeking such services (“Users”). The Platform enables Providers to advertise their services and enables Users to browse and /or complete questionnaires that may assist in identifying potential Providers who may be suitable for their needs. Evolve is not a mental health service, medical service, or regulated healthcare provider. The Platform does not provide counselling, therapy, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support. All services offered by Providers are delivered independently of Evolve.
The Platform may be accessed through multiple websites or applications owned or operated by us or by third parties. Your use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of this Agreement regardless of the method of access.
2. No Professional Advice or Regulated Services
Evolve does not provide mental health advice, medical advice, therapeutic intervention, or any form of regulated professional service. Any information provided on the Platform, including questionnaire results, matching suggestions, or general guidance, is intended solely for informational purposes and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you require medical, psychological, or therapeutic assistance, you must seek support from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, at risk of harm, or experiencing an emergency, you must immediately contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis helpline. The Platform is not designed for use in such circumstances, and Evolve cannot provide the assistance required in those situations.
3. Independent Providers
Providers listed on the Platform operate entirely independently. They are not employees, agents, contractors, or representatives of Evolve. Evolve does not supervise, monitor, direct, or control Providers in any way. Providers are solely responsible for the services they offer, the accuracy of the information they provide, their professional conduct, and their compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Evolve does not verify Provider qualifications, certifications, insurance, or professional registrations. Providers are solely responsible for ensuring that they meet all legal and professional requirements relevant to their field. Users acknowledge that Evolve does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Provider information.
If a Provider ceases to use the Platform or becomes unavailable, Evolve may notify the User and offer the opportunity to be matched with another Provider; however, Evolve is under no obligation to do so.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all information they provide to the Platform, including questionnaire responses and personal details, is accurate, complete, and up to date. Users acknowledge that the accuracy of any matching suggestions depends on the accuracy of the information they provide. Users are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability, qualifications, and appropriateness of any Provider before engaging their services. Evolve does not guarantee that any Provider will meet a User’s expectations or requirements, nor does Evolve guarantee the success or outcome of any interaction or engagement between Users and Providers. Users must not use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate purposes, including harassment, abuse, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
5. Provider Responsibilities
Providers who register on the Platform agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about their services, qualifications, experience, and professional background. Providers must update their information promptly if it becomes inaccurate or outdated. Providers are solely responsible for ensuring that they hold all necessary qualifications, certifications, insurance, and registrations required by UK law or by any relevant professional body. Providers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing their profession. Providers acknowledge that Evolve may suspend or remove their listing if they breach this Agreement, provide misleading information, engage in inappropriate conduct, or otherwise act in a manner that may harm Users or the reputation of the Platform.
6. Matching Services
Evolve offers a free introductory questionnaire designed to help Users explore potential Providers. Evolve also offers a paid bespoke matching service that uses additional information to refine recommendations. Users acknowledge that these tools are informational only and do not constitute professional advice or guarantee compatibility. Evolve does not guarantee that any match will be suitable, successful, or satisfactory. Users accept that matching is inherently subjective and that Evolve is not responsible for any mismatch, dissatisfaction, or negative outcome arising from the matching process. Fees for bespoke matching are non‑refundable once the matching process has begun.
7. Payments, Fees, and Subscriptions
Providers pay a recurring monthly subscription fee to be listed on the Platform. Providers may also purchase optional add‑ons to increase visibility or access additional features. All fees are payable in advance and are non‑refundable unless required by UK consumer law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Providers are responsible for managing their subscription settings and ensuring timely cancellation if they no longer wish to use the Platform. Users who purchase bespoke matching services must pay the applicable fee in full at the time of purchase. Evolve uses third‑party payment processors and does not store payment card details. Evolve reserves the right to adjust pricing, subscription structures, or available features. Any changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
8. Content and Accuracy
Evolve does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content on the Platform, including Provider profiles, User‑generated content, questionnaire results, or matching suggestions. Users and Providers are solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it. The Platform may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Evolve reserves the right to correct such errors without prior notice.
9. Third‑Party Content and Links
The Platform may contain links to third‑party websites, content, or services. Evolve has no control over third‑party content and is not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or reliability. Accessing third‑party content is at the User’s own risk. Evolve is not liable for any loss or damage arising from third‑party content, products, or services.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform (excluding Provider‑submitted content) are owned by or licensed to Evolve. Users and Providers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written permission. Providers grant Evolve a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute their submitted content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
- The actions, omissions, or conduct of Providers or Users
- Any mismatch, dissatisfaction, or failed connection
- Any reliance on information provided on the Platform
- Any emotional, psychological, financial, or physical harm resulting from Provider services
- Any interruption, error, or technical issue affecting the Platform
- Any third‑party content or services
Evolve is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or death caused by negligence.
12. Indemnity
Users and Providers agree to indemnify and hold Evolve harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from: Their use of the Platform, Their interactions with each other, Their breach of this Agreement, Their violation of any law or third‑party rights. This indemnity survives termination of this Agreement.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Evolve processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using the Platform, you agree to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request our Privacy Policy at any time.
14. Termination
Evolve may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if a User or Provider breaches this Agreement, engages in harmful behaviour, or provides misleading information. Users and Providers may close their accounts at any time. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. Amendments
Evolve may update or amend this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
