Coaching Approach
Zita is a relational integrative counsellor. She believes that being genuinely seen, heard, understood and accepted within a safe, trusting relationship can be profoundly transformative, particularly for those whose earlier relational experiences have been painful or damaging.
She works flexibly, adapting her approach to the individual rather than expecting them to fit a particular therapeutic model. She draws on person-centred, psychodynamic, attachment-based, somatic and creative approaches, but the relationship always comes first.
Zita offers a neurodivergent-affirming approach and particularly values working with individuals who have experienced lifelong feelings of difference, masking, rejection or disconnection.

About Zita
Zita is a registered counsellor and someone who has always been curious about people, their stories and what shapes the way we experience the world.
Her background includes education, working with children and young people, and supporting adults through difficult circumstances. These experiences have taught her that behind every behaviour, struggle or coping mechanism, there is a person with a story worth understanding.
She brings warmth, authenticity and a little humour into her work. She doesn’t believe therapists need to be distant or impersonal to be professional. She believes being human matters.
What You Can Expect
First of all, a genuine human relationship built on trust, respect and acceptance.
Zita offers a space where you can be yourself without needing to perform, please, explain everything perfectly or hide the parts of your experience that feel difficult to share.
She won’t rush you or impose an agenda. You will work together, at your pace, exploring what matters to you and making sense of your experiences. She listens carefully, remains curious and is comfortable sitting alongside difficult emotions, grief, uncertainty and painful memories. She may gently challenge or offer a different perspective when it feels helpful, but always within a relationship where you feel respected and involved.
You might use creative exploration, imagery or body awareness, but these are invitations, never expectations.
Her hope is that through experiencing a different kind of relationship in therapy, you can begin to relate differently to yourself and others.
